Sharon Massie, the president of our company has had a long history in real-estate and is a licensed realtor. She has years of experience helping homeowners and dreamers alike build the home of their dreams.
Joseph Massie is the licensed contractor for Benchmark Builders of WNC, Inc. He also hold a Bachelors of Science degree from Appalachian State University in Industrial Construction Technology, and teaches construction classes at the local community college.
Benchmark set the bar 30 years ago for a quality built custom home. We are proud to say as “green” thinkers ourselves that we were one of the first builders in this area to implement “green” concepts, and practices in every home that we have built. We take pride in the sustainability of our product.
